Jeff P. is the second member of the Parrot Bay. Jeff, like Sam, is from the heartland of the U.S. in Indiana. Jeff is a big Boilermaker fan, along with his wife Nicole. Jeff is the most serious member of the Parrot Bay, probably due to helicopter he flies. Jeff is the Information Management Officer (IMO) for Parrot Bay because the routers for all of our internet are in his room. This is the worst picture I think I could have possible taken of Jeff, but since he is so busy it was the only one he would let me take and therefore has to deal with it.
